Recruit Policy

In Order To Apply To Be A Recruit You Must Agree To The Following:

Article I
I.1 - In Official Faction rooms, Wars, and Allied Rooms;
I.2 - Racial, Gender, Sexual Orientation, and Religious Discrimination is prohibited
I.3 - 'Trash-Talking' is prohibited; This includes but is not limited to whining, yelling, and slander;
I.4 - You have the right to free speech outside rooms covered in Article I.1 and articles I.2-I.3 do not apply.

Article II
II.1 - In Official Faction rooms, Wars, and Allied Rooms, or anytime wearing a Faction Clan Tag;
II.2 - Team-Killing is prohibited;
II.3 - Ridicule, Banter, and Malice of an accidental Team-Killer is prohibited;
II.4 - There are no exceptions, Team-Killing is bad publicity

Article III
III.1 - At all times while wearing Faction Tags;
III.2 - Glitching is prohibited;
III.3 - No Exceptions; Glitching is bad for publicity.
III.4 - The use of codes or any other form of cheating disc is prohibited and is grounds for removal from clan; If any member uses codes or a cheat disc they must be on a different name that is not related or traceable to Omega Faction.

Article IV
IV.1 - All Omega Faction Members;
IV.2 - Remain active on the forums;
IV.3 - Remain active on SOCOM; or any other official Faction Game platform;
IV.4 - Leaves are acceptable if posted in the forums.

Article V
V.1 - All Faction Members;
V.2 - If available, Play with The Faction when needed;
V.3 - If available, War with The Faction when needed;
V.4 - Article V.1-V.3 is not applicable if; there are less than 4 Faction members online; or if an Officer/Executive permits it.

Article VI
VI.1 - All Faction Members; When playing with the Faction;
VI.2 - Abuse of the microphone is prohibited;
VI.3 - Singing, Screaming, Playing Music is prohibited;

Article VII
VII.1 - All Faction Members, Officers, Executives;
VII.2 - Disrespect of Faction Members, Recruits, and Allies is prohibited;
VII.3 - No Exceptions; Forums and Games Included

Article VIII
VIII.1 - All Faction Members; Treason is Prohibited and is defined in but not limited to Articles VIII.2-VIII.3;
VIII.2 - Warring against the Faction;
VIII.3 - Release of Faction Intellectual Property to ANYONE outside the FACTION is prohibited;

Members observed to be violation of any of these terms are subject to punishment.
