It says to enter them while playing, I have tried this and nothing happens. Am I missing something?
Wow! These cheats are for the PS2 games, PS3 cheats in gta4 are a lot more advanced. Press the up key twice and your cell should have a type-able keypad showing. Here are some codes to enter in (then press call button)
